Weight Loss Program



                                                                                
Before anything they do not need to walk for an hour a day.
Breakfast:
1 - half a grapefruit or half an orange.
2 - eggs boiled.
3 - tea and coffee may be taken at any time and without sugar.
First day: -
Food: - one variety of fruit and in what quantity (cantaloupe - orange - apple - peach - strawberry - pear)
Dinner: - grilled minced meat or acetic.
- Power (option - lettuce - tomato - green pepper)
Note: - unlimited quantities and eat until full.
Second day: -
Food: - boiled or grilled chicken without skin, tomatoes, grapefruit seed.
Dinner: - boiled eggs, toast, grapefruit seed.
Third day: -
Food: - fat-free cheese, toast, tomatoes.
Dinner: - Grilled meat free from fat.
Fourth day: -
Food: - one variety of fruit and in what quantity.
Dinner: - grilled meat, salad.
The fifth day: -
Food: - eggs, vegetable soup without the fat.
Dinner: - boiled or grilled fish in any amount, salad, grapefruit seed.
Sixth day: -
Food: - one variety of fruit and in what quantity.
Dinner: - grilled meat, salad.
Seventh day: -
Food: - Chicken, boiled or grilled without skin, boiled vegetables, tomatoes, grapefruit seed.
Dinner: - boiled vegetables.

Note: - if there was hunger, eat two hours after the main meal option or lettuce.

This program for a week and lose the body of 5: 7 kg.
